What process is used to make Soapy Zen Soaps?
At Soapy Zen, we make soaps using the cold process method. Nourishing oils, cocoa butter, and shea butter are saponified by a strong base (lye) to create the precious final product: natural soap.
How does SoapyZen choose the ingredients for their soaps?
Soapy Zen uses only high-quality ingredients: ethically sourced oils and butters, natural clays, milk, phthalate-free fragrance oils, mineral oxides, micas, and botanical colorants.
Where are SoapyZen Products Made?
Our products are made in Minnesota in small batches.
Will my SoapyZen soap look different from the website picture?
All soaps are hand cut, and approximately weigh 4.0 to 5.5 oz. The soap bars are about 3” x 2.5” x 1 ¼” wrapped. The website images are for reference only. These handmade soaps may have variations in designs and colorants because they are one of a kind.
Does SoapyZen accept returns?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns once the product is opened and used. Please reach out if there are any problems and we will work with you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and shop in confidence knowing your purchased product is fresh and has never been used by another.
How can my soap bar last as long as possible?
All handcrafted bar soaps have a longer life if dried out between use. Soap bags and well-draining soap dishes help with the longevity of your soap bar. Many of my customers cut these soap bars into smaller sizes to switch between soaps and moods.
How do I use these soap saver bags?
Add your bar or small pieces of soap to the soap bag and lather up your skin. When using accessories, such as soap bags, never share them with others and clean or replace them often.
How quickly will SoapyZen process and ship my order?
We process orders within same day to 3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee or provide exact shipping dates.
Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes, but extra charges for shipping outside of the US will apply .
How does SoapyZen ship orders?
Small items will ship by First-Class Package Service and large orders will ship by Priority Mail Service. We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please double-check the address when you place an order. Make sure it is an accurate address.
Why didn’t I get an email or confirmation from SoapyZen?
We send out confirmation emails. To avoid missing messages/emails sent from us, please double-check your spam folder.
Can I cancel my order?
Sorry, orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
